Due to Jade's interest in horticulture, a large garden atrium - where various vegetables and rather odd-looking flowers grow - is situated in the middle of the tower. Many floors above the atrium is Jade's Grandpa's laboratory and her bedroom. An incredibly long stairwell makes up the central column of the house, but there is a pedestal called the Transportalizer which can teleport people instantly to a certain floor. The Grand Foyer is apparently where Jade's grandpa spends most of his time stewing in his own intensity and charisma. Jade must cross through to leave the house and feed Bec.

  • Located at an unknown region of space, Jade's house is not so much a house, per se, as an incredibly high-tech tower where she and (supposedly) her Grandfather live. Situated atop the pinnacle of a rocky mountain with a winding path leading up to it, the structure overlooks a pristine blue sea in one direction and flowering green meadows in the other; both far, far below. Within the building is an elevator that links the various rooms inside vertically. The lowest level of the house seen so far is a foyer where Jade's grandfather keeps all of his stuffed trophies from hunts. The next highest level that has been revealed is Jade's garden, where she grows a variety of flowers and fruits both for recreation and to partially sustain herself. Meanwhile, in the small side-tower branching off from the main tower, up a flight of stairs, is Jade's room. All over are stuffed animals and what look like jellyfish plushies, and the walls are dominated by furry posters of various kinds; save for two, one of which depicts cartoonish fellows with mustaches of the something or other denomination "Manthro Chaps", and the other that depicts the jellyfish-like plushies as "Squiddles". Against one wall are leaned three rifles, with a flintlock pistol lying on the floor immediately before them. Meanwhile, leaned in another corner is some kind of gunmetal gray, largely-metallic electric guitar that seems to be a bass. Taking up the far corner from this and a good deal more space are various high-tech contraptions, while her bed's blue spread is covered in a very pretty cloud-and-sun print in white. Lastly, between a flowerpot-saddled window, a large poster, and just beside the staircase the group entered through is a large machine that resembles a wardrobe. While the main symbol on it appears to be stuck on an atom structure design, it can be seen to flicker and waver as the blue designs on Jade's shirt cycle through a sequence.

Many floors above the atrium is Jade's Grandpa's laboratory and her bedroom. An incredibly long stairwell makes up the central column of the house, but there is a pedestal called the Transportalizer which can teleport people instantly to a certain floor. Many of the lower floors are dedicated to the many things Jade's grandfather has collected on his travels, including big game trophies, valiant knights, decrepit mummies, and sun-bleached photographs of women stolen from the front windows of beauty parlors. On the bottom floor, the Transportalizer is blocked by the corpse of a minion of Typheus (previously seen as John's web browser), which may have been slain by Jade's grandfather at some point. Three of the rooms have doorways that glow with colors inexplicably. It is worth noting that each of these colors correspond with three of the post-scratch Kids: Orange for Dirk, pink for Roxy, and cyan for Jane. This may or may not have something to do with weird plot shit. The Grand Foyer is apparently where Jade's grandpa spends most of his time stewing in his own intensity and charisma. Jade must cross through to leave the house and feed Bec. In the future, the house—having entered the medium years ago—leaves behind a large canyon. Also, the sea level has lowered, re-exposing the Frog Temple. __TOC__
