The Great Palace of Constantinople (Greek: Μέγα Παλάτιον, Latin: Palatium Magnum), known also as the Sacred Palace (Latin: Sacrum Palatium, Greek: Ιερόν Παλάτιον), was the large Imperial Greco-Roman palace complex located in the Imperial District of Constantinople. Before the fall of the Western Roman Empire, both in the Muggle and the Wizarding World, it served as the main residence of the Eastern Roman Emperor, and when the Empire became once again unified, it continued to serve as the residence of the reigning Roman Emperor and his family.

The palace was (and still is) the centre of Imperial administration, and if one considers the Magnaura to be part of the palace, then it also serves as the meeting place for the Senate of the Empire. The palace itself is an exact copy of the one built on muggle Constantinople, and is currently the only of the two which still exists.
