Chesterfield Pictures was a motion picture company created in 1925 that later merged with Invincible Pictures in 1932. In the early 1930's Chesterfield-Invincible under George R. Batcheller leased the former Mack Sennett studios then owned by Nat Levine of Mascot Pictures. In 1935 Chesterfield-Invincible and Mascot merged into Republic Pictures with their studio becoming Republic's.
