Description	Once you have collected 7 Blue Feathers, take them to the Steamport City Memorial and make a Rainmaker offering. Come back here and let me know of your success. I have heard that one of our own, Hawthorn, has erected a memorial within the City of Steam. Would you be willing to make an offering on my behalf that may help the Fire Brigade? What will you need to do is gather 7 Blue Feathers. I would give them to you, but I haven't seem them since those Hellhoppers stormed our camp. I see you have made your way back to our camp. As you know, the fire is still burning in the Charred Forest below. The Fire Brigade has done an exceptional job controlling the spread of fire, but I still wish I could assist them.
