Nortas was a young Ytrehoddish who lived on the moon Egrof. When Luxan General Fin Sterikk helped set an explosion that destroyed the orujna distillery controlled by Kitrap, Nortas was trapped inside the burning building. One of Nortas' parents implored Ka D'Argo and Jool to save their daughter. With the help of Jool's metal-melting scream, D'Argo was able to clear the rubble trapping Nortas and get her out of the building.
