Spring Breeze is a sub-game in Kirby Super Star, and its remake, Kirby Super Star Ultra. It is essentially an enhanced remake of Kirby's Dream Land, the first game in the Kirby franchise. The game features the same basic plot of the original title, in which King Dedede has stolen all of the food in Dream Land, and features similar enemies of the original title.
