The book had all the chapters of Coot Club (omitting the Postscript); the next chapter from The Big Six (Chapter 30: "Out of the Dentist’s Window") was headed: a few months later. The second section omitted seven chapters from The Big Six, but finished with "What Happened to the Fish".
