Khaliq Keerio was born in Bhirya Road, Pakistan a small Village in Sindh, and arrived in Australia in 2006. [citation needed] Later he he went to Ireland where he did Diploma in business, and came back to Pakistan in the year 2006. And later he struggled for Masters of Business Accountancy in Australia in 2006, and completed it in 2008.

[citation needed] Keerio did his schooling from Hyderabad, later for higher education he joined Quaid-E-Awam Engineering University and graduated as Electrical Engineer. As a teenager and young man, in his first tertiary institute he joined Students Political Wing JSQM. He also served as the president of JSQM in the University in Nawabshah. Later he he went to Ireland where he did Diploma in business, and came back to Pakistan in the year 2006. And later he struggled for Masters of Business Accountancy in Australia in 2006, and completed it in 2008. During his stay in Australia he served as a never-sung political analyst and supported people on many issues, and advised fellow students for the better prospects. Meanwhile he wrote many articles in the newspapers, and were published in Sindhi Newspapers back in Pakistan.
