Butterbelle (her mother was loving the painkillers at her birth) "Drear" O'Mackey lives two streets over from the Phineas and Ferb team. Though, it should be noted that they don't call her Drear, nor does anybody else. Save for her sister Jill, Drear only exists in the mind of Drear, who is more or less but a twisted figment of Butterbelle's imagination. That being said, she still insists upon being referred to as Drear. Despite everything, she has at least a small bit of respect for almost everyone (at least every character) and refuses to let chaos get the better of her.

| - Butterbelle (her mother was loving the painkillers at her birth) "Drear" O'Mackey lives two streets over from the Phineas and Ferb team. Though, it should be noted that they don't call her Drear, nor does anybody else. Save for her sister Jill, Drear only exists in the mind of Drear, who is more or less but a twisted figment of Butterbelle's imagination. That being said, she still insists upon being referred to as Drear. Drear is quite apathetic and depressed. The reasoning behind this is quite little. In fact, she seems to be doing it for fun. Speaking of fun, Drear seems to deny all aspects of joy in life by twisting them through her prism of negativity and pessimism, making any potential good time sound like a trip to the Devil's doorstep. Despite this, Phineas and Ferb have allowed her to come along on their projects in order to try and get her to crack a grin. Drear keeps returning as well, because, though she won't ever admit it, she admires their creativity and all the work they put into their projects. Drear is confused by the boys' dedication to fun and doing everything that they possibly can to enjoy the day. She doesn't quite understand their happiness, if that wasn't clear enough. She bears a great (read: greatly disturbing) fascination with eyes and eyeglasses, to the point that where half the time when she appears it's because she's pestering our bespectacled friends, especially Albert. She also has an adoration for snails, even collecting them and keeping them in a bucket that she keeps in the backyard. Her favorite is one that she has named Clyde Morgan III. She meets several of her life's annoyances and escapades with firmly monotone sarcasm, and the only person she ever really bothers to have a genuine conversation with is her younger sibling. Despite everything, she has at least a small bit of respect for almost everyone (at least every character) and refuses to let chaos get the better of her.
