(ST novel: Articles of the Federation) In 2376, M'Relle suggested that Trill's membership in the Federation should be reevaluated following the revelation of their connection to the parasites. Although he was supported by fellow Federation Councillor Bera chim Gleer, M'Relle's proposals were opposed by Matthew Mazibuko and Ra'ch B'ullhy. M'Relle later pressed Leonard James Akaar on whether or not Trill's request to withhold this information had been accommodated.
