- Indien Torag's helm gedragen wordt samen met de andere onderdelen van Torag's barrows set, dan krijgt de speler een speciale aanval. Succesvolle aanvallen hebben dan de kans de energie van de tegenstander met 20% te verlagen. Deze uitrusting kan niet gemaakt worden door middel van de Smithing skill.
- Being part of Torag's barrows set, if Torag's helmet is worn along with all of the other pieces of equipment in Torag's barrows set the player receives a special attack. Damaging melee attacks have a chance of lowering the victim's run energy by 20%. This piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill. The helmet is not commonly used due to its lack of strength or prayer bonuses. Furthermore, the set effect is considered mediocre. As a result, it is inexpensive compared to the other barrows helmets.
