Synopsis
| - The Outsiders continue to reel from their encounter with the Fatal Five. Thunder is recovering in hospital, and although her father, Black Lightning, puts on a brave face, he is very angry that the Outsiders allowed her to be harmed. Meanwhile, Nightwing and Arsenal confront one another over their attitudes to the team, and Jade does a lot of thinking about the group. When she arrives at their headquarters, Arsenal and Nightwing have come to blows and she makes an announcement. She is taking over as the team's leader and she's adding Starfire to their ranks.

quotation
| - Effective immediately, Nightwing, you're no longer the team leader of the Outsiders. I am. And my first decision as leader will be expanding our ranks. I believe you two know Starfire.
