Lieutenant Peter Silk was a member of the British Resistance who observed Bill Savage wipe out a Volgan tank crew in a South London pub. He tracked Savage to a transport cafe off of the A11 and recruited him to the Resistance. He was Savage's number two in the Mad Dogs resistance group. Silk was a trained frogman and sole survivor of the Royal Navy underwater team which attacked the Volga. When Savage left the British resistance H.Q., Silk joined him.
