Andy Culligan is a retired Canadian forward. He was chosen 2nd overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1965 NHL Amateur Draft from the Junior "B" St. Michael's Buzzers. Culligan never played in the NHL. He played one game for the Port Huron Flags in 1967-68. Later he joined the St. Francis Xavier University hockey team.
