Samuel Rogers (died 10 March 1917) was a local politician in Croydon. He was elected to Croydon Borough Council in 1902 as a councillor for South Ward. He served as Mayor of Croydon in 1912-13. In 1916 he was made an alderman and was serving as Deputy Mayor for the borough at the time of his death.
