Victor Wilson Sears (March 14, 1918 – September 21, 2006) was an American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles. He played college football at Oregon State University where he was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa. Sears was drafted in the fifth round of the 1941 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sears is a member of the NFL's 1940s All-Decade Team. Sears was also a member of the "Steagles", a team that was the result of a temporary merger between the Eagles and Steelers due to the league-wide manning shortages in 1943 brought on by World War II.
