The excess water from the cyclone will form into a larger cyclone, with the dragon's head at the top. The dragon head will take a nose dive into the center of the cyclone, creating a stream of water which forms into its body. Once it collides with the ground, the cyclone will burst, scattering water everywhere in a 350 feet radius. It completly destroys the area, only leaving dead land left.
