During the construction he sent out special hologram cards out into the world. They were programmed with one goal; find people who were worthy of joning his team. It located four people, Hope Summers, Thunderstrike, Hawkeye,and Alex Power. All were relutent to join considering their current situations, but after helping Ultro deal with an all out gang war against him they agreed to join.

| - Unifier I.D Patch - To ensure no one could enter their base every Unifier is given a patch over their arm merging it with their skin. When scanned it unlocks the door way to the pocket dimension where the real Unifier base is.
Cybernetic Suit - Each Unifier, except for Ultro, is given their own Cyber suit. It is operated by the user's mind, which allows the suit to change into clothing, disguises, and even new uniform's.
