- The plane can lay waste to entire cities with several passes. The Stealth Bomber is the most accurate bomber in the game, as well, and is able to drop many bombs with little collateral damage. Unlike its predecessors, it cannot be attacked by anti-air units and anti-air buildings such as SAM Installations. However, the plane is still vulnerable to Fighter Aircraft, so bombing missions will often require an escort.

- The Stealth Bomber is a 9 killstreak reward featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and a 14 point Support Strike Chain in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Using the killstreak calls in a B-2 Spirit that delivers a carpet-bombing run over a designated portion of the map. Using the Stealth Bomber is questionable in hardcore game modes since it's likely to kill as many teammates as it does enemies.
- The Stealth Bombers have a variety of uses. It's handy to be able to spy on your foes, such as to target them with a Nuke or to see how their production goes. However, this is negated by the AA Launcher, which breaks their stealth, so the usefulness declines when the foe has many AA Launchers. It is possible to destroy the foes AA Launchers though. In combat, the Stealth Bomber is best used to attack in a large group of land units. Because of its extreme weakness to anti-air attacks, those must be destroyed first.
- Stealth Bombers are Tech 2 frigates modified for stealth attacks. Specialized electronics allow these ships for use cloaking devices with little impact to the ship's CPU. They can also fit both Siege Launchers and Bomb Launchers with lowered power and CPU requirements. These ships can also fit all types of cynosural field generators. As these are Tech 2 ships, BPOs for these ships are incredibly expensive, although BPCs can be created through the invention system.
