  • Mark Anthony Green (born March 22, 1967 in Riverside, California) is a former American football running back in the National Football League. He was a 5th round selection (130th overall pick) out of Notre Dame by the Chicago Bears in the 1989 NFL Draft. A seasoned business executive with a combined 18 years of Sales Management, Executive Search, Diversity Leadership Management and Business Development. Mark is currently National Director Business Development at Aramark. In this role, he is responsible for all functional components of deal management for facility contracts, with MEGA school districts. School District contracts range from $2M to $45M. The Prior to joining Aramark, Mark was Vice President of Diversity at Miller Brewing Company. In this position Mark was responsible for all facets of diversity leadership including strategy, implementation and management. Prior to joining Miller, Mark worked as Global Director of Diversity at Grainger Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources. In this role, Mark was responsible for building the diversity system from ground zero to becoming nationally recognized by Fortune Magazine and DiversityInc. Before taking the Director position at Grainger, Mark spent six years in the executive recruiting industry. Most recently, he worked as an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds in the CIO and Diversity Recruitment practice. He has also worked at A.T. Kearney executive search firm. Prior to entering executive search, In addition to his industry experience and expertise Diversity Management and Business Development, Mark’s background incorporates a wide variety of leadership experience gained through athletics and charitable/community involvement. Mark was recognized as an outstanding leader as an undergraduate student, when he was selected as Team Captain of the1988 National Championship Football Team at the University of Notre Dame. His collegiate success led to a five-year playing career in the NFL, where he acted as Special Teams Captain for the Chicago Bears.
