Gerald R. Ford (1913-2006) was the thirty-eighth President of the United States, and was the only president never elected to be either president or vice-president. In the Fall 1983 issue of Muppet Magazine, he contributed to "Robin's Roundup," an article featuring memories from school days. Ford shares sentiments about his high school teachers, and laments on his activities at South High in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
