| - The Early Bird Bonus is offered by some game content, which is essentially extra experience rewards for completing or making sufficient progress in the new content within the first two weeks of the content's release. To date, there are only eight pieces of content that offered such a bonus.
* The Elder Kiln, giving an early bird tome if the player completes it within two weeks of the quest's release by 28 February 2012.
* The Fight Kiln, giving an early bird lamp if the player reached Wave 30 within two weeks of the minigame's release by 28 February 2012.
* The Morytania Tasks, giving an early bird antique lamp if the player completes the easy and medium task sets by 11 April 2012.
* Some Like It Cold, giving an early bird tome for completion before 28 August 2012.
* Slayer contract, giving either double cash or double XP when completing your first contract within two weeks of the release at 12 February 2013.
* Elder Divination, giving triple divine impling spawns, double Hunter and Divination XP, energy when catching divine implings and gathering from divine simulacrums within two weeks of the release at 6 May 2014.
* Broken Home, giving a large prismatic lamp and a prismatic large fallen star and boosted damage against ghosts in the 2014 Hallowe'en event.
* Rune and adamant dragons, giving increased spawn rates, higher chance for elite rune dragons spawning, and double the chance for a slayer task until 6 July 2015.

* Invention machines - The latest Invention update's early bird bonus is currently active. You will gain +50% XP on all blueprints discovered until Sunday 1st October 2017. This ran from 18 September to 1 October 2017.
