Zemmeab is home to over ten thousand people during the winter and that can be doubled when spring comes. Travelers from both the north and south come to wintercloud to trade and to sell because Zemmeab is considered to be one of the gateways between the north and south. The first city come spring who’s passage ways are cleared from snow and ice making it easy to travel to and from the city and deeper in to the south or north. The city is controlled by the mighty family Devadat and its highlord has ruled for almost a hundred years. The power struggle is far from over there are other powerful families with in and outside the city that wants to take control and the Unity army is strong with in Zemmeab and they only fallow orders from the lord of Saroshab.
