Valdur has a son named Tim, who lived as an orphan in south Tarloc, until Korak Alkatar reunited the two shortly before the battle of Ashrin Crossing. The mother is unknown, but rumoured to be a prostitute. After the battle at Ashrin Crossing, Valdur was chosen to fill one of the empty spots as Lord of Tarloc.
