The earth spirit who shares Megumi's apartment does his best to help her, but fails, and is forced to make his way to Belldandy disguised as a teddy bear. Meanwhile, Senbei and Marller try to bring misfortune on Keiichi, but Keiichi seems to be having a very lucky day, and each attempt is deflected by a corresponding stroke of good fortune.
