Arachosia, a former Parthian Province, was the farthest of the Provinces of Rome. It bordered the Maurya Empire and was the first place through which many of the goods and trade between these two Empires flowed. Arachosia still held on to the Zoroastrian religion of the Parthians. The Government of Arachosia was built around the military and during the first great expedition to India and Sinica the military of Arachosia drove bandit groups into the mountains near that province. The religious diversity of the province included Hindus from the Maurya Empire as well as Gnostics and Roman Polytheists from the Military.
