When an attack or opponent enters the wall of water the user applies the Water Conversion Technique to instantly turn the massive wall of water that circles around them into a massive wall of ice that circles around them. Any opponent who was touching or in the water is frozen and trapped within the wall. Furthermore, turning the water wall into ice greatly increases the wall's defensive capabilities beyond those of the Water Formation Wall to allow the user to create a far more effective defense than Water Formation.
