Ann Hart Coulter (born December 8, 1961) is a author, radio and TV commentator. Coulter is also known for being the first woman and youngest person to be Director of the CIA. Coulter followed her father into the intelligence community and served in many overseas posts during the 80's. Coulter served as Deputy National Security Advisor before being made CIA Director by President Bob Dole. Coulter was known for running the agency in a way much like J. Edgar Hoover ran the FBI.
