| - Yamato congratuilates Tezuka for winning the Nationals. He then asks why Tezuka is still in Japan and not in Germany. The first game is Tezuka's service play. He wins the game without any issues. Yamamto wants Tezuka to be less serious and smile but Tezuka is serious from the get-go. Nakagauchi tells Yamato off for losing a game to his junior. He reveals his special technique, Gen'u Yume Utsutsu. Yamamto fully explains how Gen'u Yume Utsutsu works. Court 3 could not believe Yamato had a technique like this. Tezuka decides to use Tezuka Phantom so both the real and illusion balls go out of the court. However, Atobe disagrees with the idea since it will put a strain on Tezuka's arm. Yamato comments on Tezuka sacrificing himself for the team, so he decides to show him his own arm, after a flashback of how Yamato met Tezuka and losing. Tezuka is shocked so Yamato tells him to play for himself. After the display, Tezuka's facial expression changes. Yamato keeps using Gen'u Yume Utsutsu on Tezuka and the audience believe he is still hitting the ball. However, they realsie, Tezuka is an illusion too. The high schoolers believe this is Tezuka's true strength, but Tanegashima knows Tezuka has more strength than what he is currently showing. Tezuka has memory flashes of all the things he wanted to accomplish. He finally unlocks Teni MuhÅ no Kiwami and wins the match, 6-4. Both Yuiimura and Fuji are stunned. With a few words from Yamato, Tezuka decides to head to Germany. Atobe tells him to leave the team under his leadership. Fuji asks Tezuka for a favour before he leaves. Its revealed that this match was Yamato's retirement match.
