It masqueraded as a standard Father Christmas worker, inviting children to speak to it. Amy Rose and another Freedom Fighter, disguised as elves, discovered the danger and warned the nearby families to keep the children away from danger. The Santerminator exposed itself by ripping away its Mobian face to reveal a chrome robot with glowing red eyes. Immediately, the Badnik began to charge an energy blast from its right hand, but was never seen firing it. Amy and the unknown sidekick used a crossbow and gun to stun the Santerminator, causing it to spark and short-circuit.
