Řešení problémů je úmyslně zdlouhavé a málokdy úspěšné, zatímco nasrání 100%. Pracovníci helpdesku jsou speciálně školení nasírači a proto je jejich úspěšnost tak vysoká. Často je ovšem jejich život velice krátký - to když je najde někdo, komu pomohli. Pracoviště je vybaveno nejmodernější sovětskou technikou, od elektronkových počítačů po těžké tanky, a jsou dobře zásobena vodkou.
