Celvlo IV was the fourth planet in the Celvlo system, in the Obtrexta sector. Although it was far from its sun, the planet developed a high amount of natural greenhouse gases. Its animals, its plants, and its many volcanoes contributed to the insulating layer. However, the planet's low gravity allowed the edge of its atmosphere to slip off at a rate just right to make a warm planet far from its sun. Its moon's gravity stripped off some of the gases and added them to its own atmosphere.

abstract
  • Celvlo IV was the fourth planet in the Celvlo system, in the Obtrexta sector. It was used as a research base and staging ground by the Galactic Empire. Soon after the Battle of Endor, it was abandoned, and although it was in the Obtrexta sector, it was ignored by the Pentastar Alignment. Around 13 ABY, warlord Erk Grekins had the research based used to develop upgrades to his military's technology. His Captain of New Technology, Friiv Agnur, made many developments. The research station had technology that punched holes in the greenhouse gas layer, which kept most of the base cool, ideal for machines. Grekins set up a trap on Celvlo IV, a trap with real, valuable bait. The New Republic attacked and fell for the trap, but reinforcements helped capture the planet.
