Alternatively, the user can move or increase the size the cloud by expending more chakra but this route requires keen focus and chakra control. If opted to move, the cloud can trail a target for a brief amount of time before releasing it's payload. Should a cloud be enlarged, the resulting energy bolt will grow in size, as well, but it's power will remain the same.
