  • Edward Paisley (b. 1949) is the brother of Tasha Paisley, a city bus driver in Boston, and a resident of Wyman Street. He was arrested for sexual abuse of minors in Costa Rica in 1989, spending six months in prison, and again in Cuba in 1996, spending ten months in prison in Havana. He was eventually fired from his driving job in January of 2005 for driving under the influence. In May of that year, he abducted Chiffon Henderson from her home, keeping her imprisoned in a soundproofed cell in his basement for four days until he was confronted by private investigator Patrick Kenzie and LAPD detective Harry Bosch.
