| - When Zsinj was killed at the Battle of Dathomir, Teradoc moved to acquire his former worlds, but soon found himself caught in a war with Teren Rogriss of the Empire and Gial Ackbar of the New Republic. New Republic forces closed in on his territory and Teradoc was forced to flee into the Deep Core and reestablish himself there with his massive military. After ignoring the efforts of Grand Admiral Thrawn to reunite Imperial factions, Teradoc was drawn in by a new power rising on Byss—the reborn Emperor Palpatine, acting in secret. With Teradoc and his fellow warlords and Imperial factions, the reunited Empire under Palpatine waged an extremely successful war against the New Republic, lasting until Palpatine's final death and the destruction of Byss. Teradoc, in control of the largest military of the warlords, returned to his kingdom, and was able to recruit Vice Admiral Gilad Pellaeon to lead his Crimson Command. He had as well recruited former warlord Vector Hex, as his empire had failed. Treuten and Hex later moved to retake the former territories of the Hex Union, which ended in the forming of the Septentrional Imperium and the United Imperial Warlords. Teradoc was soon drawn into conflict with the Deep Core warlord Blitzer Harrsk, who was making moves to increase his own power. Teradoc and Harrsk's private war was brought to a halt by the maneuverings of Admiral Natasi Daala, who joined with Pellaeon to force the warlords to come to the negotiation table. Daala summoned Teradoc, Harrsk, and eleven other of the most powerful Deep Core warlords to a conference at Tsoss Beacon. Treuten, becoming wary of Daala's actions, decided to send a decoy to the meeting. After hours of discussing, they couldn't come to an agreement of who would lead their alliance, and Daala killed them with nerve gas. Treuten's spy, Vector Hex, reviewed most of it and immediately send out a retreat signal, making many Warlord fleets retreat, either to their former territories or siding with Teradoc, which had survived the assassination attempt. Teradoc immediately sent word throughout the members of the United Imperial Warlords of Daala's attempt to assassinate him, following which the alliance declared an all-out war against the newly-formed Imperial Remnant.
