- Prerequisite: Dragonborn, fighter Breath Action (11th level): When you spend an action point to take an extra action while you are bloodied, you can use your dragon breath racial power as a free action, even if you’ve already used it during this encounter. Dragonborn Fury (11th level): While you are bloodied, your racial bonus to attack rolls is +2, instead of +1. Eternal Breath (16th level): Whenever you hit a target with dragon breath, the target takes ongoing 5 damage (save ends). The ongoing damage is the same damage type as your dragon breath.
