- Dark Star is the final boss level of Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards that only appears once Kirby collects all 72 of the Crystal Shards. 02 resides inside the core of Dark Star, and is likely the presence that possessed the Fairy Queen and also behind the shattering of the Crystal. - The Dark Star is Doctor Square's shopping kart in Mario Mart. It is a shopping kart with bat wings and is heavily modified to paralyze other karts. The Dark Star was invented by Doctor Square during 2 years before Mario Mart. He wanted to use it to compete in the CBBC Street Race to beat some guy named Rocket Boy. However, some disease known as Swine Flu installed darkness into the Dark Star, giving it parlyzing powers. And so Doctor Square called it the "Dark Star".

He is ranked first in the United Assassins Association. He wields a sword-hilt like device, the Horse Saber, which can project a large, dragon-like tendril of energy, and knows much about Travis Touchdown's past, claiming to be his father. He is killed by Jeane before Travis' ranking match against him starts. Jeane claims that he is lying, and points out that Travis' biological father is dead. He is a parody of Darth Vader from the Star Wars series.
