- Chris Phillips (b. February 26, 1958, New York City) is an American voice actor, writer and singer. He studied at Stella Adler and attended Emerson College in Boston, Ma. For Nickelodeon, he voiced Face, the host of Nick Jr. from 1994 to 2003. He reprised the role on the December 31, 2011 edition of the "The '90s Are All That" on TeenNick. He also voiced Roger Klotz and Boomer Bledsoe on Doug after the series moved to Disney. The roles, among others, were originated by Billy West, who refused to reprise the roles. Phillips has also done additional voices for Nick Jr.'s Bubble Guppies.
