Daniel Network's U-Choose Awards is an annual primetime televison event that showcases nominees. Its first televised broadcast was on April 22, 1999 in Daniel Network Studios in Orlando. The show soon became #1 in primetime television beating Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards in 2006. As of April 9, 2001, the show went to a 2-hour format to provide more room for categories.
