VFH can get pretty full, if left unchecked. Removing articles that aren't doing as well as the others keeps VFH to a manageable size. Generally speaking, Uncyclopedia tries to keep VFH around 20 articles up for vote at VFH at any given time since 20 articles is a reasonable number for someone to read in one sitting. This unfortunately means that if a lot of articles get put up in a day, a lot are going to be taken off, as well, since we won't feature them more often if more articles are put on the page. Below is listed the procedure for removing articles from VFH.
