Mason Mathews Patrick (December 13, 1863–January 29, 1942) was a United States Army general and air power advocate. As a member of the Army Corps of Engineers, his career saw rapid advancement throughout the early 20th Century. After serving in World War I, Patrick was appointed to the fledgling U.S. Army air service, a position he held for most of the 1920s. He published a book on U.S. military air power in 1928. He died in 1942.
