Richard Panik (born 7 February 1991) is a Slovak ice hockey player. Panik was drafted in the second round, 52nd overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning. He played two years professionally for HC Oceláři Třinec of the Czech Extraliga before being drafted. After being drafted in 2009, Panik attended training camp with the Lightning. After he was cut from training camp, he joined the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League. Panik played for the Slovak national team at the 2009 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, where he scored two goals and three assists in five games.
