His Imperial Majesty Okatori Takahiro, Emperor of Gao-Soto, His Imperial Majesty Emperor of Sekowo was the Mikado (Emperor) of the Empire of Gao-Soto (3393-3415) and Sekowo (3368-3386). Okatori Takahiro was the first member of the Okatori Clan to become a monarch, having ruled as emperor of Sekowo between 3368 and 3386, during which time he was associated with the Sakurakai regime and the Orinco Genocide. Following the restoration of the Empire of Gao-Soto in 3388, he was crowned Emperor of Gao-Soto in 3393. When the National Bolsheviks installed a Fascist-Communist dictatorship in 3411, Takahiro was captured by the new government and held in captivity until his death in 3415.
