The Liberal Uprising was a series of popular revolts in Kalopia, which took place from April to October 4057. They were aimed at removing the country's then-aristocratic leadership, and establishing multi-party liberal democracy. The uprising was generally seen as successful, as the country's leaders went into exile, and elections were held for a Constituent Assembly in 4058. Andreas Dragassakis became the first democratically elected President of Kalopia following the election.
