The man died of his injuries, but Aetalus and his father were saved. Aetalus' father was shocked: he didn't knew his son was so strong, so he asked how he became so strong. Aetalus told his father of the book. His father was very suprised and told him he would sent Aetalus' to the best warlock teacher of whole Azeroth. They dumped the body of the man in the canal district and the next day, Aetalus was a warlock apprentice. Since then, Aetalus had a very complicated life: he joined the Temple Knights, Legions of Darkness, The Warders of Light... So he had a lot of experience. He also concluded that serving the Light is not really his thing. He doesn't really like paladins, churches, holyness, though he is not evil: he already served the Alliance well and he his on a skirmish against The Lich King. He just likes to do things on his own way. He also had a wife once. She was the perfection for Aetalus. Her name was Elena, and she was tall, had long blonde hair and a lovely face. She was a mage, specialised in Frost. She died by the hand of The Horde. Aetalus never will forget this and he is still looking for his revenge. Now Aetalus joined The Brotherhood Of Explorers and helps Nerond with discovering the world. Aetalus hopes he will once find more answers about the book of Khaneos. He also takes care of his pug, a dog he found in Ironforge, the day after Elena was murdered. He named the pug Jack. Khaneos might be a weird name, but he named himself afther the author of the book that learned him to be a warlock. He absorbed the powers of the book, but he doesnt use them; it could trigger an invasion of the Burning Legion, or it could turn Azeroth into a second Dreanor. He absorbed the powers so no one could use it again. Aetalus believes Khaneos was a great warlock, maybe a secret apprentice of Ner'zhul.
