Collect the chip immediately to the right upon landing, then slide into the centre spiral. Collect all the chips from the 3 rooms that are accessed from the random force floor in the centre of the spiral, then return to the pink ball room. Collect the 2 remaining chips, walk through the first chain of pink balls, collect the chip to the right, then walk through the second chain of balls and collect the last chip. Now move U into the teleport and slide up until the exit can be reached.
