Due to the member's methods in dealing with situations, or gathering information, the Gorosei does not recognize them as apart of the World Government when confronted about it, wanting to keep the World Government's "purity" with the world. Much like CP9, they are trained in Rokushiki techniques since birth, however, some members are also trained in Haki. The group is currently on its Second Generation, with Nōsu D. Oliver being the only member from the First Generation. The organization's base of operation is Opushonaru.
