The man walks up to the three muggers, and they turn and look at him. "Leave her alone!", he says. The muggers just laugh and walk toward him, all wielding knives. One takes a slash at the man, but he ducks, and punches the mugger in the stomach. He stand back and trips the mugger, causing him to fall to the ground. The man stomps on the mugger's face, and turns around to the other two. The other two charge at him together, but he pulls out two pistols and shoots both of them in their stomachs, killing them. They drop dead, and the severely injured girl gets up. She asks him who he is, and the mysterious man responds "the Punisher..."
