In other words, how has our way of working and reading the world changed as a result of technological developments and opportunities? The Disruptive technologies wickicity exists to provide a home for communities of practice. Procedurally, individuals within a community of practice work together to create and shape knowledge. In this process, they represent themselves and their work which includes, but is not limited to: their own classroom practice, their roles with other institutions (e.g., a school, a professional organization) and their roles with other networks (e.g., teacher inquiry groups, book clubs).
