The youngest of three children Michaels grew up in a small southern community. She moved to Southern California in her early 20's to pursue a career in the film industry. She played the role of Nora in the Beverly Hills Playhouse production of "All This and Moonlight" with fellow daytime actress Mary Beth Evans. Also a talented screenwriter, Margaret has written several screenplays, is working on a book, and under the Jasmine Road LLC umbrella, is producing a feature film with her partners. She is married to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Richard W. Fleming, they reside in Southern California.
